Melanie Yunk, President of Roaring Pajamas, possesses a rare combination of technical prowess, media savvy and business acumen. An engineer by education, a former gourmet food business owner by passion and a savvy digital entrepreneur by astute understanding of media trends, Melanie feels comfortable in a board room, a brainstorming session or anyplace in between. She brings a breadth and depth of experience to a wide range of industries, from manufacturing to software, healthcare to retail, fashion to fine art, and others. Her expertise spans eCommerce, services, B2B and B2C enterprises.
Melanie roared into digital strategy world in 2009 after cultivating the craft in a previous entrepreneurial venture. In seven years running her digital media and social media marketing agency, Melanie has guided companies both large and small, public and private to develop and execute digital strategies, create and manage social media programs, and improve search engine ranking. Current and past clients include Cogniance, ON24, Ask.com, 3Q Digital, Brightpearl and Nancy Rose Performance, to name a few.
A proud Sun Devil, Melanie graduated Arizona State University with a BS in Electronics Engineering Technology and an emphasis on Computer and Digital Design.
